Perfect for Christmas
My family celebrated Christmas here. It was perfect. Two living rooms made it a lot easier too! We had a ping pong competition, opened presents, and enjoyed the view. A big kitchen was also a huge plus since we cooked a lot. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Stay
Everything was as described and the property offers some amazing views of Lake Burton. We enjoyed our trip and would definitely come back and stay again in the future!

Cabin Rentals of Helen Are Scammers and Slum Lords
We were welcomed to a dirty home, beds not made, dirty towels, on the floor, trash left behind, empty propane tank, and dishes everywhere. Cabin Rentals of Helen came out the night of and interrupted our stay to swap bedding and towels our first night. A few days after our stay the Cabin Rentals of Helen stripped us of our free night for the inconvenience due to clean dishes drying on the counter and coffee grinds left on the coffee machine. Not only that but accused us of smoking drugs in the house by sending a picture of a blunt and a kitchen that is not in the house... We were appalled by the accusations and respectfully explained that we were welcomed into a dirty home and such items were not ours. Our plea was ignored. I captured the meta data on the photos sent to me from Cabin Rentals of Helen and the blunt picture and one of the kitchen photos were not even taken at the house. Cabin Rentals of Helen falsified evidence on us to strip us of our free stay. This company is criminal and would suggest that no one stay with Cabin Rentals of Helen.
